Rooster V2 is the relaunched and new version of the Rooster DEX. It is a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) designed to be the core venue for liquidity and trading on the Plume blockchain. Powered by Algebra Integral, Rooster combines concentrated liquidity with a modular plugin architecture to unlock superior capital efficiency, flexibility, and resilience.

While Plume is purpose-built for Real World Assets (RWAs), Rooster is not limited to this class alone. The protocol is optimized to support RWAs with deep liquidity and efficient trading, while also adapting seamlessly to the needs of other asset classes—making it a versatile foundation for the broader Plume ecosystem.

**Key Features**

* **Algebra Integral as the Core Engine:** Rooster is built on Algebra Integral, a proven DeFi technology powering 50+ DEXes and facilitating over $150 billion in trading volume. By leveraging Algebra’s plugin-based architecture, Rooster enhances functionality and user experience while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and security.
* **Concentrated Liquidity:** Liquidity providers (LPs) can allocate capital to specific price ranges, maximizing fee earnings while giving traders access to deeper liquidity and reduced slippage.
* **Plugin Architecture:** Rooster launches with powerful plugins including dynamic fees and farms, and limit orders launching shortly. This modular system enables the protocol to add new features without disrupting existing liquidity or compromising core immutability, all while preserving user self-custody.

# Plume

Overview of Plume

Plume is a public, EVM-compatible blockchain designed for RWAs, enabling their use in DeFi for staking, swapping, lending, borrowing, and more. It bridges traditional finance and crypto by tokenizing institutional-grade assets like private credit, ETFs, and commodities, making them permissionless and composable.&#x20;

Plume offers a standardized issuance framework, structured vaults, and a composable settlement layer to enhance RWA liquidity for decentralized exchanges. Its ecosystem supports yield stacking, lending protocol integration, and innovative financial products, providing a transparent, demand-driven platform for accessing high-quality assets and building new on-chain capital markets.

# V4 AMM

Rooster's Next-Generation AMM

At Rooster’s foundation is Algebra Integral v1.2.2, a next-generation AMM framework that delivers high efficiency, deep customization, and long-term upgradeability through its modular architecture.

For detailed technical specifications, see the [Algebra Documentation](https://docs.algebra.finance/algebra-integral-documentation/).

**Core Advantages**

* **Algebra Integral Engine:** Rooster is powered by Algebra Integral v1.2.2, a proven AMM technology stack securing billions in volume across dozens of DEXes. Its architecture separates immutable core logic from upgradeable modules, ensuring stability without sacrificing adaptability.
* **Concentrated Liquidity:** Liquidity providers (LPs) can deploy capital into chosen price ranges, amplifying fee earnings while giving traders deeper liquidity and tighter spreads.
* **Gas Efficiency:** Algebra Integral’s optimized contracts reduce transaction costs and enhance execution, making liquidity provision and trading more efficient on Plume.
* **Modular Architecture via Plugins:** Critical swap and liquidity logic remains immutable, while peripheral functions—such as fee models, incentives, oracles, and new trading tools—can be introduced through plugins. This enables continuous evolution without disrupting existing liquidity.
* **Rebase Token Support:** Rooster natively accommodates rebase tokens, automatically crediting LPs with rebase accruals instead of locking tokens in pools.
* **Custom Pool Deployment:** Any token pair can host multiple pools, each with its own fee parameters and plugin configuration. This opens the door to experimental liquidity designs, protocol-specific strategies, and incentive programs tailored to different asset types.

# Dynamic Fees

Dynamic Fees Plugin

The Dynamic Fees Plugin allows Rooster to automatically adjust swap fees in real time based on market conditions such as volatility, trading volume, and available liquidity. Instead of relying on a fixed commission rate, fees are optimized dynamically to strike the right balance between competitiveness, liquidity provider (LP) incentives, and protocol revenue. This plugin leverages advanced mathematical models and oracle data to ensure accurate, efficient, and responsive fee adjustments.

**Key Features**

* **Adaptive Fee Calculation:** Transaction fees are recalculated dynamically for every swap, reflecting the most recent market conditions.
* **Parameter Tracking:** Fees respond to changes in volatility, trading volume, and liquidity depth, enabling smarter and more efficient pricing.
* **Customizable Configurations:** Rooster governance or pool operators can configure fee boundaries (minimum/maximum), sensitivity to volatility, and other parameters to fit asset-specific behavior.
* **Real-Time Adjustments:** The plugin updates fees on-chain after each swap, ensuring users always interact under current market conditions.
* **Gas Efficiency:** The plugin is separated from the immutable core AMM logic, which minimizes disruption to pools and reduces operational overhead.

**Benefits**

* **DEX Competitiveness:** Adaptive fees make Rooster more attractive to traders by offering fairer pricing across asset types, from stable RWAs to volatile tokens.
* **Revenue Optimization:** Fees can increase during volatile periods to boost protocol and LP returns, while lowering during calm markets to attract higher trading activity.
* **LP Profit Maximization:** Dynamic fees allow LPs to earn more during high-risk, high-volatility events, while keeping pools active and liquid during quieter conditions.
* **Architectural Flexibility:** Because Dynamic Fees run as a plugin, Rooster can upgrade, disable, or replace this logic without requiring liquidity migration or redeployment of pools.

# Boosted Pools

Farms Plugin

Boosted Pools is a farms plugin enabling Rooster to reward liquidity providers (LPs) with additional incentives beyond trading fees. By staking their liquidity positions, users can earn protocol rewards or partner tokens, making liquidity provision more attractive and sticky. This plugin introduces tokenized liquidity, time-based farming campaigns, and adaptive reward distribution to ensure fair and efficient incentivization across the Rooster ecosystem.

**Key Features**

* **Liquidity Provision:** Users supply token pairs to Rooster pools, facilitating efficient trading while becoming eligible for additional rewards.
* **ERC-721 Tokenized Liquidity:** LP positions are represented as ERC-721 NFTs. These NFTs can be staked into farming contracts, enabling position-specific rewards tied to liquidity ranges.
* **Yield Farming:** LPs stake their ERC-721 liquidity positions (or other eligible assets) into farms to earn bonus tokens on top of trading fees.
* Time-Limited Campaigns: Reward campaigns are structured with defined durations, ensuring sustainable emissions and predictable incentives.
* **Adaptive Reward Calculation:** Rewards are distributed based on how long liquidity is actively provided within the valid range (effectively proportional to the trading fees your position earns), aligning incentives with consistent liquidity provision.
* **Multiple Reward Tokens:** Up to two tokens can be configured as reward tokens for each boosted pool

**Benefits**

* **Enhanced Liquidity Depth:** Boosted incentives encourage LPs to lock liquidity for longer, stabilizing trading conditions and reducing slippage.
* **Passive Income Opportunities:** LPs earn both trading fees and farming rewards, creating stronger ROI on capital deployed.
* **Community Engagement:** Boosted Pools foster stronger ties with token holders and ecosystem partners by providing accessible, yield-driven opportunities.
* **Protocol Attractiveness:** Boosted Pools make Rooster more appealing to LPs and partner projects looking to bootstrap liquidity.

**Implementation**

Boosted Pools integrates directly with Rooster’s liquidity pools:

1. LP positions are minted as ERC-721 NFTs when liquidity is deposited.
2. LPs stake these NFTs in farming contracts.
3. Rewards accumulate and can be claimed during or after the farming campaign.

**How Farming Works**

Farming on Rooster serves as a **reward boost on top of swap fees**, incentivizing liquidity provision. However:

* **Farming rewards are only distributed to in-range liquidity** (i.e., positions that are currently active in the market price range),
* **No rewards are earned during inactive periods**, or when there is **no trading volume** in the pool.

**Rewards Calculation**

rewardToken=farming.rewardRate∗INTERVAL∗rewardToken.derivedTokenrewardToken=farming.rewardRate∗INTERVAL∗rewardToken.derivedTokenfarmingMultiplier=rewardsTOKEN/FeeCollectedTotalTOKENfarmingMultiplier=rewardsTOKEN/FeeCollectedTotalTOKEN

**Key Terms:**

* `farming.rewardRate`: Amount of reward token distributed per interval
* `INTERVAL`: Duration of the interval
* `rewardToken.derivedToken`: Value of the reward token expressed in the DEX’s main token (e.g., ETH, TON)
* `feeCollectedTotalTOKEN`: Total fees collected across the pool during the interval (in the platform's token)

**Example:**

• farming.rewardRate: $500/day in USDT

• INTERVAL: 1 day

• rewardToken.derivedTOKEN: 1 TOKEN = 6 USDT

• TVL of the pool: $1,000,000

• Pool Trading Volume: $500,000/day

• Pool Commission Percentage: 0.3%

• Fee Collected: $1,500

In this case, the farming multiplier is 1.33, meaning liquidity providers will receive additional 0.33 TOKEN for each TOKEN of fees collected, provided liquidity is within the active price range.

# Limit Orders

Limit Orders Plugin

The Limit Orders Plugin enables fully on-chain limit orders within Rooster’s concentrated liquidity pools. A limit order is represented as a one-sided liquidity position outside the current price range—executing automatically when the market crosses into that range. This approach ensures seamless integration with Rooster’s AMM, providing traders with more flexibility while maintaining the protocol’s core guarantees of efficiency, security, and transparency.

**Key Features**

* **Fully On-Chain Execution:** Limit orders are embedded directly into Rooster’s liquidity pools, ensuring instant execution with no off-chain dependencies.
* **One-Sided Positions:** A limit order is essentially a one-sided liquidity position above or below the current market price. Orders are executed as price moves into the selected tick range.
* **Partial Fills:** Orders may execute partially if price movement is insufficient to fully cross the liquidity range.
* **Non-Expiring Orders:** Limit orders have no built-in time restriction. Users can manually cancel orders at any time.
* **Fee Collection:** Since limit orders are represented as liquidity positions, users also collect swap fees accrued during execution.
* **Gas-Efficient Design:** Order checks add only moderate overhead, with predictable costs for batch closures.

**Benefits**

* **Advanced Trading Strategies:** Enables traders to automate “Buy Low” and “Sell High” strategies without monitoring markets 24/7.
* **DeFi-Native Execution:** Orders are executed transparently and trustlessly on-chain, without reliance on external keepers or order books.
* **Additional Yield:** Limit orders generate swap fees in addition to trade execution, turning a trading strategy into an income-generating position.
* **Liquidity Efficiency:** Concentrates liquidity exactly where users want exposure, reducing wasted capital.

**Implementation**

1. **Placing Orders:** Users approve tokens for the LimitOrderManager contract and call the place function, specifying pool, tick range, and amount.
2. **Execution:** As the pool price moves through the selected range, the position is burned and funds are credited to the LimitOrderManager contract.
3. **Withdrawal:** Once executed, users call the withdraw method to claim swapped tokens

plus any accumulated fees.

4. **Cancellation:** Orders can be cancelled manually at any time with the kill method. If cancellation occurs mid-range, the position may be partially executed and returned in two tokens.

**Use Cases**

* **Passive Trading:** Traders set buy or sell targets and let the AMM execute automatically when market conditions are met.
* **Liquidity Recycling:** LPs can reposition liquidity to capture additional gains by layering limit orders around active ranges.
* **RWA Integration:** For real-world assets on Plume, limit orders enable more efficient entry and exit strategies in less liquid markets.

# Minting

Rooster lets you mint two kinds of assets directly in the app without having to leave for another site: **pUSD** (Plume's native stablecoin) and **Plume Vaults** (yield-bearing tokens backed by real-world assets, such as Plume Alpha Vault and Plume Basis).

Both live on the **Mint** page. Once your wallet is connected, open **Mint** from the top navigation and pick the token you want from the dropdown.

Note that minting goes through an eligibility (compliance) check. If your wallet isn't eligible, the mint will stop at the "Checking compliance" step - reach out if you believe this is a mistake.

### Minting pUSD

pUSD is minted 1:1 from USDC.e.

Once you have connected your wallet, open the **Mint** page and select **pUSD** from the token dropdown, with the **Mint** tab active. Enter the amount of USDC.e you want to deposit, and you'll see the estimated pUSD you'll receive (≈ 1:1) below the input.

<figure><img src="/files/IiVCHEZN3gBbzDRT3OYP" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The first time, you'll be asked to approve USDC.e for spending. After that, click **Mint pUSD** and confirm in your wallet. Your pUSD balance updates as soon as the transaction confirms, and you can use it right away across Rooster to swap, provide liquidity, or mint Plume Vaults.

#### Redeeming pUSD (pUSD → USDC.e)

To go the other way, switch to the **Redeem** tab on the same page. Enter the amount of pUSD you want to redeem and confirm.

Redemptions are processed through a request queue: once you submit, your request is picked up and filled automatically, and the USDC.e arrives in your wallet, so you don't need to take any further action. A pending indicator is shown while the request is open. (The Redeem tab is the same card shown above, with USDC.e as the output.)

### Minting Plume Vaults

Plume Vaults (for example **Plume Alpha Vault** or **Plume Basis**) are yield-bearing tokens backed by real-world assets. You mint them with **pUSD**.

From the **Mint** page, select the vault you want from the dropdown. Enter the amount of pUSD to deposit, and you'll see the estimated amount you'll receive at the vault's current rate.

<figure><img src="/files/CP9p8qyZ5BRwPQ4AgSh5" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Approve pUSD the first time, then click **Mint** and confirm in your wallet. Your Plume Vaults balance updates once the transaction confirms.

From there you can put the vault token to work in Rooster. For example, you can provide liquidity in a Plume Vaults pool to earn trading fees and rewards. (If you don't already hold pUSD, mint some first using the steps above.)

# Rooster Points

What are Rooster Points?

Rooster Points are a loyalty rewards system on Rooster Protocol, the official RWA-focused DEX built on the Plume Network. Designed to incentivize active participation, they track user engagement to drive sustainable liquidity and adoption in RWAfi (Real World Asset finance).

**Current Ways to Earn Rooster Points**

• Staking funds to eligible pools (e.g. PLUME/pUSD) to support deep, efficient markets. This leverages the AMM pools for low-slippage LPs: the higher the volume traded on the liquidity provided, the more points.

**Future Ways to Earn Rooster Points**

•  Execute trades on the DEX in future eligible pools, with higher volume being eligible for more points.&#x20;

• Bridging assets or participating in future quests (such as Plume airdrop season 2) can boost earnings.

**Future Rewards & Benefits**

• Expect potential fee shares, and boosted incentives for early users, bridging TradFi assets (e.g., gold, ETFs) with DeFi composability.

In short, Rooster Points turn an everyday RWA DEX use into future value—farm them now to position for RWA liquidity’s next wave on Plume. gPlume!

# Whitelist

How to whitelist your token

Rooster Protocol, the RWA-focused DEX on Plume Network, uses a curated whitelisting process to ensure high-quality, compliant token integrations. This helps maintain efficient liquidity for high quality real-world assets. The process is straightforward and project-led:

**Step-by-Step Guide**

1\. Prepare Your Token Details:\
Gather key info about your token, including:

• Contract address on Plume

• Token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721 for RWAs).

• Project overview: Use case, tokenomics, compliance (KYC/AML if applicable), and liquidity plans.

• Team/contact info: Website, socials, and a point of contact.

2\. Access the Whitelist Form:\
Visit the Rooster Protocol website and fill out the online submission form with your details. If not immediately visible, you can also check Plume’s ecosystem page at plumenetwork.xyz/ecosystem for linked forms.

3\. Submit and Wait for Review:\
Submit the form. The Rooster team manually reviews submissions for alignment with RWAfi goals (e.g., composability, real-world utility). This includes technical audits, compliance checks, and suitability checks for DEX pools.

4\. Team Contact and Next Steps:

If approved, the Rooster team will reach out via email or Telegram. Expect full step by step guidance on integration, such as creating liquidity pools, marketing support, and potential incentives like boosted Rooster Points for early liquidity providers.

**Tips for Success**

• Focus on RWAs: Prioritize tokens backed by real assets (e.g., treasuries, commodities) to align with Plume’s mission.

• Timeline: Reviews take on average 2 weeks; please bear with us.

• Post-Whitelist: Once listed, leverage Rooster’s AMM for swaps, LP rewards, and cross-DeFi composability.

This gated approach fosters a trusted ecosystem—start by submitting today to unlock RWA liquidity! For direct inquiries, please open a ticket on the Telegram group.

# Terms of Service

## Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2025

\
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES. ANY ACCESS OR USE OF OUR SERVICES INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, ACCEPTED, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. &#x20;

‍IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING OUR SERVICES.

#### 1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, these “Terms”) explain the terms and conditions by which you may access and use the Services provided by Kimber DEX LLC (“Rooster,” “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website and any web-hosted or mobile application user interfaces (the “Interface”) that may be used for accessing various decentralized finance (“DeFi”) protocols affiliated with our Services (the “Protocol”). The Interface includes our website located at <https://www.rooster.trade/> as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto, and any other website operated on which these Terms of Service are posted (collectively, the “Site”) and through our related technologies (collectively, the Interface and the Site, including all existing and any updated or new features, functionality, and technology, our “Services”).

The Interface provides a web or mobile-based means of access to DeFi protocols on various public blockchains, including but not limited to the Plume layer 2 settlement layer of Ethereum, that allows users to trade certain compatible digital assets.

The Interface is distinct from the DeFi protocols accessible through it and is one, but not the exclusive, means of accessing these protocols. Rooster does not control or operate any version of the Protocol on any blockchain network. By using the Interface, you understand that you are not buying or selling digital assets from us and that we do not operate any liquidity pools on the Protocol or control trade execution on the Protocol. When traders pay fees for trades, those fees accrue to liquidity providers for the Protocol. As a general matter, Rooster is not a liquidity provider into Protocol liquidity pools and liquidity providers are independent third parties.&#x20;

To access the Interface, you must use a non-custodial wallet software, which allows you to interact with public blockchains. Your relationship with that non-custodial wallet provider is governed by such wallet provider’s applicable terms of service. We do not have custody or control over the contents of your wallet and have no ability to retrieve or transfer its contents, inclusive of private keys that control transfers of digital assets into or out of your non-custodial wallet. By connecting your wallet to our Interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all of the terms incorporated herein by reference.

Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference. Note, there may be specific terms or conditions applicable to you as a user depending on the laws and regulations to which you are subject, as detailed below. For more information about how we collect, use, share, and otherwise process information about you, please refer to our [Privacy Policy](https://docs.rooster.trade/terms-of-service-and-privacy-policy/privacy-policy) (our “Privacy Policy”). By using our Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data, which may include your name, email address, IP address, cryptographic wallet address, and other data you provide to us in the course of accessing and/or using the Services, as further outlined therein.

SECTION 11 CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES RELATED TO OUR SERVICES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND TO WAIVE JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS, AS SET FORTH HEREIN.

#### 2. AGREEMENT

These Terms are a binding contract between you, an individual user, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “your”) and us. All access and use of our Services is subject to these Terms.

The Protocol is not part of our Services. We maintain and operate the Site as a portal for news, information, and updates about the Protocol. For the avoidance of doubt, the Protocol is open-source and maintained and processed by Protocol validators around the world with certain open-source software and a set of smart contracts that, once deployed to the Protocol, are not controlled by us (even if we, or an affiliate of ours, contributed to its initial development). Consequently, we do not control (a) the activity of third parties or any user transacting on the Protocol; (b) the activity and data on the Protocol; (c) the validation of transactions on the Protocol; or (d) the use of the Protocol. Further, we do not take possession, custody, or control over any virtual currency, digital asset, or any other similar form on the Protocol, unless expressly stated in a written contract. You acknowledge and agree that we make no representations or warranties with respect to Rooster, and that, if you use the Protocol, you do so at your own risk.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms at any time. These Terms were last revised as indicated at the top of this page. You may read a current, effective copy of these Terms by visiting the “Terms of Service” link on the Site. Further, you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change and it is solely your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been aware of and to have accepted, any and all changes to these Terms by your continued use of our Services after the date such revised Terms are posted. Your use of our Services after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to abide by these (or any future) Terms, you may not access, browse, or use (or continue to access, browse, or use) our Services.

Any promotions made available through the Site will be governed by specific rules that are separate from these Terms. By participating in any such promotion, you will also become subject to those rules, which may vary from these Terms. Consequently, Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. When using certain features through our Services, you will be subject to any additional terms applicable to such features that may be posted on or within our Services from time to time. Since all such terms are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms, we urge you to read the applicable rules and review our [Privacy Policy](https://docs.rooster.trade/terms-of-service-and-privacy-policy/privacy-policy) which, in addition to these Terms, governs any information you submit in connection with such activities.

#### ‍5. DISCLAIMERS

Rooster reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily, or permanently, our Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. You agree that Rooster will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our Services. Further, if you are blocked by Rooster from accessing our Services (including by blocking your IP address), you agree not to take any action to circumvent such blocking (e.g., by masking your IP address or using a proxy IP address or virtual private network).

All information provided by our Services is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. You should not take, and should refrain from taking, any action in reliance on any information obtained through or contained in our Services. Rooster is an independent contractor for all purposes. Nothing in these Terms is intended to or shall operate to create a partnership or joint venture between you and Rooster or authorize you to act as our agent. These are not intended to (and do not) create or impose any fiduciary duties or other legal responsibilities on us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that we owe no fiduciary duties or liabilities to you or any other party, and that to the extent any such duties or liabilities may exist at law or in equity, those duties and liabilities are hereby irrevocably disclaimed, waived, and eliminated. FURTHER, YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT THE COST AND SPEED OF TRANSACTING WITH CRYPTOGRAPHIC AND BLOCKCHAIN-BASED SYSTEMS ARE VARIABLE AND MAY INCREASE DRAMATICALLY AT ANY TIME. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE RISK THAT YOUR DIGITAL ASSETS MAY LOSE SOME OR ALL OF THEIR VALUE WHILE THEY ARE SUPPLIED TO THE PROTOCOL THROUGH THE INTERFACE, YOU MAY SUFFER LOSS DUE TO THE FLUCTUATION OF PRICES OF TOKENS IN A TRADING PAIR OR LIQUIDITY POOL, AND, ESPECIALLY IN EXPERT MODES, EXPERIENCE SIGNIFICANT PRICE SLIPPAGE AND COST. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ANYONE CAN CREATE A TOKEN, INCLUDING FAKE VERSIONS OF EXISTING TOKENS AND TOKENS THAT FALSELY CLAIM TO REPRESENT PROJECTS, AND ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE RISK THAT YOU MAY MISTAKENLY TRADE THOSE OR OTHER TOKENS. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID Rooster IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

IF ANY PORTION OF THESE SECTIONS IS HELD TO BE INVALID UNDER THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE, THE INVALIDITY OF SUCH PORTION WILL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY OF THE REMAINING PORTIONS OF THE APPLICABLE SECTIONS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR CERTAIN OTHER DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, AND LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND US.

#### 6. IP, USAGE DATA, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

You acknowledge and agree that our Services may contain content or features (“Service Content”) that are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Rooster (e.g., to the extent any of the Protocol is made available under an open-source license), you agree not to modify, copy, frame, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services or our Service Content, in whole or in part, except that the foregoing does not apply to your own User Content that you upload to or make available through our Services in accordance with these Terms. Any use of our Services or our Service Content other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited.

The Rooster name and logos are trademarks and service marks of Rooster (collectively the “Rooster Trademarks”) and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Other company, product, and service names and logos used and displayed via our Services may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners who may or may not endorse or be affiliated with or connected to Rooster. Nothing in these Terms or our Services should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of Rooster Trademarks. All goodwill generated from the use of Rooster Trademarks will inure to our exclusive benefit.

You represent and warrant that you own all rights, title, and interest in and to any User Content that you make available via the Site, including all copyrights and rights of publicity contained therein. You hereby grant Rooster and its affiliated companies, successors, and assigns a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable (directly and indirectly through multiple tiers), perpetual, and irrevocable license to copy, display, upload, perform, distribute, store, modify, and otherwise use such User Content in connection with the operation of the Site. You assume all risk associated with your User Content and the transmission of your User Content, and you have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content.

You hereby authorize Rooster and its third-party service providers to derive statistical and usage data relating to your use of the Site (“Usage Data”). Any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, reviews, or other information about our Services (“Submissions”), provided by you to Rooster are non-confidential and non-proprietary. Rooster is entitled to copy, disclose, display, distribute, modify, incorporate, and otherwise freely use and disseminate these Submissions (including all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein) for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment, attribution, compensation, or any other obligation to you or any party whatsoever. By sending any Submissions, you agree we are free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques for any purpose and in any manner in our sole discretion.

You acknowledge and agree that Rooster may preserve User Content and may also disclose User Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process, applicable laws, or government requests; (b) enforce these Terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Rooster, its users, or the public. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of our Services, including your User Content, may involve (i) transmissions over various networks; and (ii) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

The Service provides access to services, sites, technology, applications, and resources that are provided or otherwise made available by third parties (the “Third-Party Services”). Your access and use of the Third-Party Services may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, privacy policies, or other agreements with such third parties. Rooster has no control over and is not responsible for such Third-Party Services, including for the accuracy, availability, reliability, or completeness of information shared by or available through Third-Party Services, or on the privacy practices of Third-Party Services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the third parties providing Third-Party Services prior to using such services. You, and not Rooster, will be solely responsible for any and all costs and charges associated with your use of any Third-Party Services. The integration or inclusion of such Third-Party Services does not imply an endorsement or recommendation. Any dealings you have with third parties while using our Services are between you and the third party. Rooster will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any Third-Party Services.

#### 7. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE

Without limiting any Terms, you agree that you shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rooster, its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, employees, directors, service providers, licensors, and agents (collectively, the “Rooster Parties”) from any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind, and injury (including death) arising out of or relating to your use of our Services, Your Apps, any User Content, your connection to our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification.

Rooster reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter which is subject to indemnification under this section, and you agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests assisting Rooster’s defense of such matter. You may not settle or compromise any claim against the Rooster Parties without Rooster’s prior written consent.

You expressly agree that you assume all risks in connection with your access and use of our Services, including your interaction with the Protocol. Further, you expressly waive and release us from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, or damages arising from or in any way relating to your use of our Services, including your interaction with the Interface or the Protocol. If you are dissatisfied with our Services, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy shall be discontinuing your use of our Services.

#### 8. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or releasing party.” If you are a resident of another jurisdiction, you hereby waive any comparable statute or doctrine. If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834 or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.

#### 9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY

These Terms (together with the terms incorporated by reference herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Rooster governing your access and use of our Services and supersedes any and all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind (including without limitation any prior versions of these Terms), between you and Rooster. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use Third-Party Services, third-party content, or third-party software.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any rule, law, or regulation of any local, state, or federal government agency, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of the provision to the greatest extent possible under any applicable law and the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms shall not be affected.

#### ‍10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Additionally, you agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Rooster’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

Note, a printed version of these Terms and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

‍11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Please read the following section carefully because it requires you to arbitrate certain disputes and claims with Rooster and limits the manner in which you can seek relief from us. No class or representative actions or arbitrations are allowed under this arbitration provision. In addition, arbitration precludes you from suing in court or having a jury trial.

You and Rooster agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms (or our Services) is personal to you and Rooster and that any dispute will be resolved solely through individual action, and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action, or any other type of representative proceeding.

You waive your rights to a jury trial and to have any other dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and our Services, including claims related to privacy and data security resolved in court. Further, you hereby waive all rights to participate in any class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration against Rooster. Instead, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, as well as any issue on its validity and existence, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Cayman International Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CI-MAC) in accordance with the CI-MAC Rules for the time being in force. The seat of the arbitration shall be the Cayman Islands. The Tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator, appointed by Rooster. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

‍12. ASSIGNMENT

We reserve the right to assign our rights without restriction, including without limitation to any Rooster affiliates or subsidiaries, or to any successor in interest of any business associated with the service.
